As a local independent estate agent, we’re conscious of the impact businesses can have on the environment and the communities they serve. That’s why we’ve committed to planting a tree for every property we sell, helping support biodiversity, greener spaces and long-term sustainability initiatives.
Alongside our tree planting programme, we’re proud to support local schools and community projects across Southsea and Portsmouth. It’s part of our commitment to giving something back to the area we proudly call home.

Small action with lasting impact.
Since launching our sustainability pledge, we’ve planted more than 300 trees through property sales across Southsea and Portsmouth.
As these trees mature, they could absorb an estimated 6 tonnes of CO₂ each year, whilst helping support biodiversity and creating greener spaces for future generations.
Of course, sustainability isn’t measured by one initiative alone. That’s why we’re committed to taking practical steps where we can, supporting sustainable causes, local schools and community projects that help make a lasting difference.
